The VCU Code of Conduct is an all-encompassing code of conduct highlighting the university’s ethical standards with clear expectations of how it conducts university business. The document incorporates the VCU Code of Ethics, the VCU Code of Conduct for Business Practices, the VCU Creed and other unit-based codes of conduct into one unified resource.

The VCU Code of Conduct applies to all members of the university at every level, including senior leadership, faculty, staff and student employees. Because of this, all VCU members should familiarize themselves with the code of conduct and all applicable university policies.
